User Accounts & Information Correction
User Accounts are set up in the Store area of our web site. Information you
provide is available only to our web master, sales staff, and yourself. The
customer should make corrections by logging into their account. Corrections
that cannot be made by the customer should be e-mailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We apologize, but we cannot provide information on your account to you.
Credit Card Information
Credit Card Information is accepted at the time of sale. We do not store credit
card or check information. Therefore, the information will have to be explicitly
entered each time an order is placed. We will never request or accept account
information by e-mail.
Any changes in this policy will take place 30
days after the changes are posted to the web
Promotions and Contest
Entering a contest or participating in a promotional event may provide an exception
to this policy. We may use your name and e-mail address for promotional purposes
only wherein you have elected to participate in a contest or promotion. Your
participation will constitute consent to such use. If at any time you request
that your information not be used for such promotions, your entry will be declared
invalid, and you will be ineligible to receive any prize or reward as a result
of the contest or promotion.
Participation in user forums is a voluntary activity engaged in by you at your
